We’re taking our Sunday morning service to the beach! Join us at BLACKS BEACH this Sunday, July 17th, at 10:00 AM. Bring family, friends, a blanket and some food to share.

Blacks Beach is located at the end of 14th Ave., just off of Portola Dr.

Unless you have a Live Oak parking permit, your best bet is to park at Del Mar Elementary School (1959 Merrill St., Santa Cruz - the cross street is 17th Ave.). It’s just a short walk to Blacks, but we are providing a shuttle service for those who would rather not walk or are unable to do so. There is a shopping center fairly close to Blacks as well, where the Dollar Tree and U.S. Meals are. There will be a farmer’s market in a large portion of the parking lot, but you may be able to find additional parking in the back.

Water Baptism:

Regardless of whether you signed up in advance or not, if you’d like to get baptized, you are more than welcome to. Just plan on bringing a wetsuit (if you have one and hate the cold :) or some shorts and a dark colored t-shirt with a change of clothes and a towel. There are plenty of people getting baptized so you won’t be alone. It’s going to be a lot of fun!

Important Note:

We will not have a service at the Hope building (4525 Soquel Dr., Soquel). Our normally scheduled 9:00 & 10:30 AM services will reconvene the following Sunday, July 24th.
